DRY COOLING FAN

A dry cooler fan is a heavy-duty industrial component used in closed-loop cooling systems. It draws ambient air over a finned heat-exchanger coil to cool process fluids (like water or water-glycol) without water evaporation. These fans are ideal for applications where water is scarce, expensive, or regulated.

Mechanism

• They operate on the principle of sensible heat rejection. Fans force or induce outside air over coils containing hot liquid, allowing the heat to transfer to the air before being expelled.
• Closed-Loop Design: Because they do not consume water, they require minimal water treatment and eliminate water loss.
