PULTRUDED FRP COOLING TOWER
Our Pultruded Cooling Towers are known for their advanced design and premium quality. Pultruded FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is a lightweight, high-mechanical-strength, and durable material used as a substitute for wooden structures or metal structure in cooling towers. There is no capacity limitation in multicell designs. Pultruded structural components are used throughout the cooling tower to make an engineered framework of unique quality, reliability and safety.

High Strength: Structural pultrusions come close to the strength of steel in tension and compression.
Light Weight: It is 80% less than steel, 30% less than aluminum.
Anti Corrosion: Impervious to a broad range of corrosive materials and does not deteriorate.
Quality Structure: Cut and predrilled to exact specifications at factories, fiberglass pultrusions will not warp, twist, or split after fabrication which simplifies field assembly and component replacement.
Dielectric: Reduces the hazard of electrical shock compared with metal structure towers.
Impervious: Pultruded Fiberglass is best for “cyclic” cooling towers as it is naturally impenetrable to splitting and checking.
Fire Resistant option: Fire resistant pultrusion materials as an option is available as per requirement.
